Duration of data storage

For safety reasons (e.g. abuse or fraud) any information in log files is saved for max.7 days and deleted afterwards unless being required for subsequent evidence. This kind of data will be saved until clarification of the related issue.

For technical reasons registration of data for preparation of website and saving in log files is essential. For this reason no right of objection for users.

Scope of data processing

When using the contact form on our website the following data will be transferred:

code, place, email address*, phone no.*, fax no.* message. All fields marked * are
Mandatory fields.

In addition you can contact us – according to your request – by email to one of our available email addresses. In this case any personal data in the email will be processed too. No transmission to third parties. Your data will only be processed for conversation purpose and working on your inquiry.

In case of contacting us by email you show required and legitimate interest in processing of your personal data for contact establishment. Further personal data (as IP address, date, time) serve to avoid misuse of the contact form and to guarantee security of our information technology systems.

In case of contacting us by contact form or email information given by users are being processed for working on your inquiry according to art.6, paragraph 1, lit.b) GDPR.

Duration of data storage

Your personal data will be deleted as soon as no longer required for data collection. This applies to all personal data sent by contact form or email and when no longer required for any conversation with the user. Conversations are considered finished in case of any completion of issues or exchange of information.

Right of objection and deletion

You can withdraw agreement for processing of your personal data at any time.
In case of email contact with ebalta withdrawal from saving your personal data at any time. Thus any conversation cannot be continued. Upon receipt of your notice of withdrawal to info@ebalta.com. all personal data related to contact with ebalta will be deleted.

Scope of data processing

All applications can be sent by email. See “job offers” for vacancies. Your personal data sent by email will be processed for your application and might be reviewed by our staff department and the responsible personnel manager.

Scope of data processing

The cookies used on our website are small text files being saved on your computer when getting connected with our website. Cookies do not harm your computer or contain any harmful software as viruses. Cookies contain a characteristic passphrase for a distinct identification of your browser when reconnecting with the website. Some elements of our website require identification of the related browser even after changing sites.

No personal identification but host configuration for cookie (cookie ID). No co-registration of your cookie ID with name, IP address or similar data for identification of your cookie.

This website uses both transient and persistent cookies.

Transient cookies, e.g. session cookies are deleted as soon as you close down the browser. Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter referred to as “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to determine whether data entered on our websites (e.g. information entered into a contact form) is being provided by a human user or by an automated program. To determine this, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitors based on a variety of parameters. This analysis is triggered automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the site. For this analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates a variety of data (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor spent on the site or cursor movements initiated by the user). The data tracked during such analyses are forwarded to Google.

reCAPTCHA analyses run entirely in the background. Website visitors are not alerted that an analysis is underway.

The data is processed on the basis of Art. 6 Sect. 1 lit. f GDPR. It is in the website operators legitimate interest, to protect the operator’s web content against misuse by automated industrial espionage systems and against SPAM.

Data Security

For safe data processing we take technical, contractual and organizational measures according to latest technics. Thus we assure compliance of regulations according to data privacy act, processed data are protected against destruction, loss, amendment or unauthorized access. Coded transfer of your data between browser and our servers is part of precautions. In case of internet transmission SSL codification is only activated when key symbol appearing in task menu of browser window address https://…… Data transfer is protected against illegal access of third parties by coded technology (SSL Secure Socket Layer). If this option is not available, make sure certain data will not be transferred on internet.

Transfer of data to third parties or third party vendors

Any transmission to third parties only according to legal regulations. We do not transfer them unless required according to art. 6, paragraph 1, lit.b) GDPR for contractual use or for legitimate interest according to art. 6, paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR.

According to art. 28 GDPR and as part of data protected order processing we engage subcontractors for operations, maintenance and hosting of our information-technology systems. We have taken adequate legal precaution as well as technical and organizational measures for protection of any personal data according to general legal regulations.

External service and contents on our website

Due to legitimate interest for analysis, optimization and economic operation of our online services, external service and contents are linked to our website according to art.6, paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR.

For display of browser contents and due to technical reasons when using this service or in case of advertisements of third parties, data as date, time and particularly your IP address will be transferred between you and third parties.
